Drawn in red pencil on vellum, size 8 x 11 inches.
Signed by Tim in 2018.

Tight pencil drawing of the published cover (see 2nd photo of Prelim matted next to comic cover)

Since prelims are the first visuals drawn leading to the finalized art, this can be seen as one of the first images of Grips. Part of the first appearance process...if not the earliest appearance.

Grips has always been a "guilty pleasure" of mine...my fascination with the ultra-violence.

an important piece of Tim Vigil's history as a comic book artist and his impact on the industry, very cool. Congrats Jordan!
