DescriptionA piece that will forever have great meaning to me as it was a gift from my wife.Much like the classic silent movie comedies, the Pink Panther cartoons were able to bring laughs without any characters uttering a word. I wasn't fond of the laugh-track they used but it generally didn't matter because I was laughing the whole time on my own anyway. The Pink Panther Show was a showcase of animated shorts produced by David H. DePatie and Friz Freleng between 1969 and 1978, starring the animated Pink Panther character from the opening credits of the live-action films. It was broadcast Saturday mornings on two American television networks: from September 6, 1969, to September 2, 1978, on NBC; and from September 9, 1978, to September 1, 1979, on ABC. Like silent film stars, the animators had to have studied mime class for the storytelling through face and body language!
