Description

Ack ack! The tables turn as Earth's invaders fall before mighty blows from the She-Devil with a Sword. This series was the sequel to "Mars Attacks Red Sonja" (2022). Linsner used neutral hues for Sonja's skin tone so that her red hair and the green alien innards stood out more prominently. The extended tongue and fingers provide extra hilarity. Tiny fragments of helmet fill the middle of the frame. Notice also her numerous battle scars, a reasonable sight given her famously non-protective armor. A background was added digitally for publication.

A great slice of life painting of this crossover series. Red Sonja takes a big cut like that other redhead Shohei Ohtani.
