DescriptionHere's a page I've never posted, but I got inspired by Tom Coker's recent DD-Electra posting (go check it out!). No Electra here unfortunately, but some kick-ass DD/Bullseye action will do just fine, thank you very much! I paid WAY too much when I got this page many years ago at auction, but things have a way of evening out over time. Love this layout, and the Janson inks of that time are some of the best that comics ever produced. No regrets now on that over pay!Social/Sharing |

A Frank Miller DD vs Bullseye fighting page really doesn't get any better. Absolutely amazing!

While there would probably be many interesting conversations to be had on the subject of over paying, I think for now the time would be better spent just enjoying this incredible Miller/Janson DD/Bullseye battle page. Congrats and thanks for finally sharing this one.

What a page! Unbelievable! Miller really could make the dynamic action flow in these big fight pages. UFC has nothing on these fights!
Btw, your overpay then is an ultra-bargain today Scott. Trust me!! 😉 You were the smartest guy in the room to pick it up when you did

A great of example of why Miller Daredevil is a high mark in comic history. It is just perfect in content and execution.

It almost should not have any panel borders as Miller is constantly breaking the rules and putting multiple scenes of the fight in the same shot.

I am usually not a sucker for superhero fight scenes. But Miller in his prime, like here, is a big, big exception. Splendid choreography and execution. And Janson´s inking is top class too.
