Really wel done with the dark blacks showing off Shadow Lass's power with the Lighting bolts in contrast showing off Lighting Lass's.
Which leads to the question - why are they fighting?

Universo is always the safest answer to Legionnaires going crazy on each other. Since Universo cannot super-hypnotise cats, Streaky will break the spell and save the day. Real answer : Greg drew them like that. I found it a Con and then reverse engineered the cover
