Description

The New Mutants continue their journey through time and space to escape The Magus, and end up in a mutant utopia! JK, things are never that easy. Dani, Doug, Sam & Warlock land in a timeline that is controlled by mutants, to the detriment of everybody else. There are still a few heroes in the rebellion, including an aged Katie Power. But it's hard to topple the hierarchy, especially when it's led by former friends, Sunspot and Magma! Poor Bobby... kinda a d**k in every timeline. Will Magik and the others be back to rescue them before they drink the kool-aid?

Seeing what Maxi has been putting out, he seemed like an obvious choice to capture the bit of fun from the issue.

Maxi really brings this wild scenario to life. His style is perfectly suited to capture that classic mix of adventure and humor. This commission sure looks like a win to me!

Very cool as Dallo creates the envrionment as part of the story to be an added character in addition to Doug and Warlock.

Love what Maxi is doing and this is a perfect example. Fresh and unique take on the subject matter that really reminds why we commission in the first place. Great piece!

I was not familiar with Max until the mystery sketch I got last time was from him.

I love Warlock flying through the air and it is such unusual take on him. Geez I should have got something from OAX but my list was pretty full for 2025. Great pick up.
