DescriptionI purchased this painting directly from Jones. I've attached a picture of the painting IN SITU in Jones' Studio. I can also relate the backstory to the painting if anyone is interested. It is huge. Page #158 in Jones - Life in Art.I also wrote about this painting, and my experience corresponding with Jeff Jones, back in 2011 in a CFA-APA article - so to the best of my recollection, this painting has been published at least twice. I can print a copy of the article from my archives if someone wants that as additional provenance. Frank Frazetta referred to Jones as “the greatest living painter.” Social/Sharing |
