Description

Perez tells this story with the efficiency of a newspaper strip, each panel comprising its own scene. On one page we get a double-cross, a marooning, a suicide pill, the discovery of a new planet, a skinny-dip, and a club-carrying menace. Catan’s inks seem perfectly suited to what probably were light but detailed pencils. The Unexpected # 217, page 26 of issue, page 2 of the story “Bride of the Non-Men” (1981).
