Batman battles a Dark Knight imposter (former GCPD Detective Tommy Carma) who has been dressing as Batman and killing bad guys who have been released from prison. Long before Jean-Paul Valley (Azrael) became Batman, Tommy Carma was the original blonde, homicidal, crazy Batman who Bruce had to battle.
