Featuring Yaguruma Kennosuke, published as a cover of 'Wind Speed Ippeita' in Shōnen Club #12 (Kodansha) of 1958.

I like the ninja guy getting slapped in the face with the sword. At first glance it looks like a Japanese castle in the background with rifles pointing out, but they actually appear to be flying castle tiers shooting stuff up! This manga apparently featured a castle that turned into a tank, so...
