DescriptionMarvel Preview Presents MERLIN!Ok, I was not old enough to grow up reading Marvel Preview, so I do not have childhood nostalgia for this series, but during the peak of my comic collecting I picked up a couple random Marvel Preview's and Marvel Fanfare, with this issue being one of them. But how could I not with the Cover of this issue, and although I did not pick this up when it came out, I did grow up watching Arthurian movies and TV shows like the animated "The Sword in the Stone", the Sam Neill miniseries Merlin, and of course Excalibur. So as many, I have been a fan of the Arthurian lore. The issue sees King Arthur befriending a wounded Knight Beliar, but soon realizes he might not be who he claims to be. Heritage has had a couple of nice pages pop up recently so was glad to be able to pick up a page with Arthur and Merlin encountering the great demon Asmodiar. Social/Sharing |

This is some peak Buscema and Palmer illustration disguised as a comic page! It's really a subject matter they both cherish and it shows in the care they put into each aspect of line, shading, and emotional punch.

This is brilliant Buscema/Palmer artwork and great subject matter as well with Merlin/Arthurian storytelling! congrats on the HA win, very nice page.
