Description1995’s X-Men: Prelude to Perdition (by Jim Kreuger and Karl Kerschl) was a one-shot comic that tied in to the 1994 action platformer X-Men: Mutant Apocalypse by Capcom. The video game featured five members of the X-Men as they traveled to the island nation of Genosha in an effort to thwart the vile schemes of Apocalypse and a host of other villains. To make matters worse, the X-Men then learn that Magneto and the Acolytes have also joined the fray and must be stopped, as well. X-Men: Mutant Apocalypse was packed with gorgeous graphics, amazing music, and some super challenging gameplay. Prelude to Perdition took the formula of the game and expanded upon it, offering fans even more of the X-Men content that they loved.Social/Sharing |
