Happy 48th anniversary of the original Star Wars film, 42nd anniversary of Return Of The Jedi, and 7th anniversary of Solo!

I've got another pickup from OAX 2025 and another page by Brian Thies from his run on the Dark Horse title Star Wars: Legacy. I was able to grab this page and the previous one I posted from him at the show. It was great to finally be able to meet him. Thanks to Brian and Mark Hay for the art!

After learning of Darth Wredd's plot to attack Empress Marasiah Fel, the young Imperial Knight Jao Assam and Ania Solo embark on a quest to hunt down the rogue Sith. However, they encounter unexpected opposition in the form of Jao's mentor Master Yalta Val. Master Val attempts to reason with Jao by reminding him that they have orders to follow and that they must trust that the Force would guide the Empress. As Ania has her trigger finger ready with her blaster at her side, one of Master Yalta Yal's Stormtroopers begins to fire their blaster!

This page has got some great close ups but also nice zoomed out shots of the whole scene! Stormtroopers and main characters, starships in the distance through the window, blasters and butts!

Yippee!

Fantastic cinematic-style story telling! Love the facial expressions in panel one and the wide shot in panel two. Very exciting last panel! Winner!
