Description

This stunning commission by José Jaro floored me with its use of bold, high-contrast color and razor-sharp lighting. The chrome reflections on Colossus are next-level, and the deep blacks and subtle gradients make every shape pop. Magik’s expression, those spike details, and the glow of the sword? Absolute control over marker work.

I’ve followed Jaro’s stuff for a while, and this might be my favorite from him yet—tight composition, striking palette, and serious presence.
