Description

Only the second appearance of the Justice League of America, this page focuses on Flash as he battles the alien menace Xotar

While I didn't really collect these comics, this one strikes a chord for me because of the story done by George Perez in Action 650 where it's explained how the post-Crisis Superman interacted with the JLA before actually joining the team, and it's the fight against Xotar where he first meets the team.
