Never heard of her. She must've been introduced after I stopped reading in 1993? Nice drawing either way.

James Cullen was introduced in 1992 and Jazmin in 1996.

Gotcha. I began reading the team with L.E.G.I.O.N. '89, but I think I only lasted a year or two, so I probably missed James Cullen as well.
