Description

David did a series of sketchcovers with his take on the turtles in their poses from the splash page from the original 1984 first issue. I was lucky enough to snag Donatello. David Petersen and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is a match made in heaven.

The animal theme just translates so well between the vast casts of Mouse Guard and TMNT! Great textured work that must have taken Petersen just as much time it would take for something to be published.
