Description

Sometime ago, Rags Morales had a special deal aimed at raising funds to pay for his cat�s medical expenses.
I wanted to help out and decided to get two watercolor pieces. I really like the way he draws characters with domino masks so I asked for THE LONE RANGER and THE PHANTOM. Finally got them delivered and they look amazing! Both pieces are on 11X15 boards.

It's amazing how well Rags has evolved since the 90's and leaning into his own style even more to get these spectacular results.
