DescriptionBeautiful Usagi Yojimbo duo tone by Eric Talbot. There's so much detail in it, that I don't think it would be fair to call it a sketch card. Picked this up at Granite State Comic Con 2024, and I would instantly go back to Eric's table to get another. So sick.Social/Sharing |

Obscuring the face in shadow like this is so bold but he nails it and makes it pretty awesome snd still instantly recognizable.

He's a master at inking, so using the duotone in that way just comes so naturally to him and is so darn impressive. I totally agree with you, it is a bold decision to ink/shade that way when most people would do the exact opposite.
