Description

Another fine Leonardi NYC piece, this one featuring some nice shots of Spider-Man, the reason I got into this stuff in the first place. When I was very young, I used to love The Electric Company, a kids TV show that featured a live-action Spider-Man, which I thought was fascinating. That eventually led me to comics, and here I am today, still loving this stuff. And this page in particular is special, with the Twin Towers in the background. I worked at a comic book store a block and a half away from the World Trade Center for a year (1992), and also did research for a real estate firm in the City Hall area, only a handful of blocks north (1994). So having a page combining a bit of my personal history drawn by one of my favorites just seems real nice.
