Description

When I asked ACO about these pencil and inked pages, and the red lines, along with preliminary drawings on the back (see photos), he told me IDW had him draw the version Robert Atkins had been doing so he stuck to that one. In the other photos you can see all his preliminary red pencils, which I also asked him about it and he helpfully responded:

“Red pencil erases very poorly on paper, but it's much easier to remove in Photoshop, so I worked with it on some pages. With Storm Shadow, for example, it was the first time I'd drawn him, and I needed to make sure the costume was faithful to the one Hasbro gave me, which was designed by Robert Atkins. At the time, they were asking me to be close to Robert's style.”
