Description

Alan Scott was a complete badass in Kingdom Come, and Pat Broderick drew him as such in this OAX 2025 commission. Pat did a lot of work on this, noting that each little square that outlined his costume was a Green Lantern symbol.

I asked Pat to color it and he did not disappoint. It looks great next to Pat's Hal Jordan (accompanying pic).

I have never met Alex Ross, but I hope to someday so I can thank him for refusing DC's request to draw Kyle Rayner as the Kingdom Come GL.

Pretty cool as he colors and then lays down more inks on top of it so he can sharpen where he needs and leaves the powers to bleed out more. You can see that Hal's solved the yellow impurity in the Kingdom Come universe.
