Yep, the Biz nailed it. Saw Simon at a convention recently (name-drop, name-drop) and he told me Lobo is his favourite character (he approves of the Jason Momoa casting, assuming that ever goes ahead) so he always goes all out when it comes to the Bastich, which your drawing obviously proves.
