Description

I've been trying to get Rom sketches and commissions by artists I like, but focusing on those who actually drew the character in the original run. Bob Hall was the penciller on Marvel Two-in-One #99. one of a handful of Rom crossovers outside his own book.

Picked up at Heroes 2025.

Rom's neutralizer should be much bigger. The scale is all wrong it almost looks like his head is closer to the viewer. A surprising figure composition oversight for a pro.
