Checked another box on my want list -- a Mike Deodato Jr. penciled (and inked) double-page spread from Thunderbolts 114. The storyline by Deodato and Ellis is one of my favorite reads.

These two pages capture the chaotic fight between Norman Osborn's Thunderbolts, specifically Radioactive Man and Swordsman, and the Steel Spider, who was helped throughout by American Eagle and Sepulchre. Venom (Mac Gargan), who had taken a blast to the face by Steel Spider two pages prior, is shown falling into the street and then, in anger, adding to the carnage by going after civilians.

It's great because Mike Deodato uses a real life NYC setting much like how Jack Kirby did detailed street scenes. It's there only for massive heroes and villains to disrupt and cause big city chaos!
