Description

I added two great pages from 100% to my collection a few weeks back and thought I was done with Paul Pope. 100% is his best and most personal work so there is nothing better. When some more art from the dance sequences was offered up, I tried to find excuses not to buy but as you can see by this posting, it was to no avail. The 2 page sequence I added previously was the last time Daisy danced at the club. Well, here is the first time and she is in the gastro cube. What is the gastro cube, it is part of this fucked up world Paul imagined but we actually live in. I have yet another page to share tomorrow.

Couldn't agree more. This is arguably Pope's most personal storytelling and this is a great example from his work!

Outstanding interior from the series and an even better example of Pope's storytelling! The detail and perspective in that last panel is wonderful right down to the sound effects.
