Description

This is my first art piece done by Dan Jurgens. I saw him at Terrificon 2025. I mainly got things signed by him at conventions. I gave him a choice of drawing Doctor Doom or Darkseid. I love Doom but I realize it isn't a character he gets asked to do a lot. He went with Darkseid which I get. He has drawn him a lot more. I also don't own many Darkseid pieces. So it was a win/win for me. If I ever see him at a con again I'll definitely request a Doctor Doom.

Darkseid by Jurgens is in the tradition of Kirby and Byrne. Doctor Doom also has that tradition, so Jurgens would have excelled there too.
