Description

This was a bit of an accidental commission�the piece I was interested in had flown the coop long ago, so Miguelanxo Prado graciously offered to create another one�and I absolutely love the outcome. Somehow it seems to have turned out even more beautifully than the one I had originally taken notice of.

I particularly like the look on Morpheus's face, it�s the perfect mix of attitude and mystery. And the owl's face somehow seems to reflect the same; like they are both giving you that judgemental, knowing stare. They look right through you, as if they�re sharing some introspection you're not in on� but you know it's probably about you! As is often the case with this artist's creations, every time I look at it, I notice something new. And honestly, I couldn�t be happier to have ended up with this one.
