I have to admit, I'm pretty starstruck by this page...

I've long admired Dave Gibbons' crisp, balanced, beautifully designed art - from his early days in 2000A.D., doing incredible things with Dan Dare and Harlem Heroes (turning out some unforgettable Time Twisters with the venerable Alan Moore to boot), illustrating Moore's brilliant Superman Annual story 'For the Man Who Has Everything', flawlessly crafting Watchmen's visual pyrotechnics...

And then there was Martha Washington. Iconic Martha Washington, trying to do the impossible and survive against all odds in a desperately dystopian America of the near future (which, sadly, seems to be getting closer, day by day in the real world). No superpowers, just her grit, determination, unmatched courage and resourcefulness.

Give Me Liberty contains some of Frank Miller's best writing, some of Dave Gibbon's best art - a perfect storytelling match. Not a line out of place.

The artwork is also huge, I think they call it twice-up - old school size! 15 x 23 inches, punchy and impactful as hell.

Beautiful page from an important, landmark, and slightly overlooked classic! Congratulations...and maybe I'll be coming to you after you've enjoyed it for a year or two... ;)

Thank you Ken! Loving your collection! And I couldn't agree more (which is why I fell for this page and the spot and had to have it) - Give Me Liberty is indeed a landmark work, perhaps somewhat overlooked but a real classic. And I feel it's spirit of resistance and heroism in the face of tyranny & cruelty is more relevant than ever. Also a damn good read!
