Brainiac goes to work on Mon-El. He shows Shady that Mon-El has two strong brain patterns, his and the Time Trapper's, plus a third weaker one that we know is Eltro Gand.

Giffen's bolder every day , now I live outside the law
Lines don't even get the blues, not at Mallor
'Cos I've found the perfect page, we're all looking for

Al, but each Time I try to fly
The voices in my head
Says get Trapped to the drawing board and start again…

Al I need you, and Al wants you
Gordon has you, and I can't Eltro, no I can't Eltro

I can walk into a room and I know just where's Lar Gand
I can talk to Shady one like a confidential fan
I got all the clever lines, and Eltro all the moves
I'm a perfect suit Shadow, in the perfect Lass of clues

Ah but each Time I try to fly

Says get down to the bottom boy, and start again…

depends on the attitude of the third pattern, my third pattern is a real jerk sometimes. had to get my brain going on a fourth pattern to handle him! I call him Paco.
