Description

Done in 1992.
This commission was done before the new Legion costume designs were published.
According to Chris:
I used to carry a notebook with the character designs around to display at cons and store signings, so I would bet a Legion fan asked for the new costumes after seeing my notebook.
Also of note, Andromeda's new costume was designed by Keith Giffen:
I went to a Legion summit meeting at DC in New York around the Summer of 92. Keith designed Andromeda�s costume at that meeting.

Beautifully clean and simple (in all the right ways) sketch! Really like this one, reflecting the joy, light, and optimism that fuel and provide the foundation of the Legion. Super cool take on two prime Legionnaires. Another winner, Miki - congrats!
