This put Giorello on the map for a lot of people! The action and the high illustration rendering seemed like an impossible feat to put together!

He does such great work! I've enjoyed his work since I read X-O Manowar a few years back (or maybe a little before then). I love his work in the same way I love Esad Ribic's work - it just has such a great sense of place and adventure. Not that I'm particularly familiar, but I assume they were both inspired by Frazetta and other great artists in that lineage.
