Again, nice hands for the Time Trapper. Any idea why so many blue lines in the second and third tiers aren't inked?

They were inked on a vellum overlay which was separated from the page and possibly lost.

Zippy zip zip! I'm fantasy voice casting Time Trapper based on his HAHAHA laugh lettering alone! Somehow Jeff Goldblum doesn't feel serious enough, but he still finds a way...
