Mike Mist is the character whose existence led to the desire for MS. TREE to become developed and later Mike himself became a supporting character in MS. TREE.

Such a great crossroads in crime fiction blending old school tough guy detectives and gangsters with the contemporary world. A great formula that would prove to be very popular in the 80's.
