DC Broke my heart over and over again that year. I only started collecting comics with GL/GA 121 2 issues later GA was gone !! then a little later This cover got me mad. here GA was gone again ! He was one of my favorite characters and i only had 8 pages in World's Finest to see him for so long. then his comic came out and was a little to adult for my taste then and i still didn't have GA. Ever since he seems to come and go, even the next series seems to be conner not ollie ! what's up ! BTW Nice pick up !

Wow. This cover is the collaboration of two comic book greats, now sadly both gone. Ross Andru really labored over his images, making sure the angles were exciting, and the perspective was correct (from what I've read of him), and Dick Giordano lent a polish and sophistication to all of the artists he inked. This is such a great group shot, with each of the heroes well portrayed.
