Y'know, I just realized while looking at this page the beef I have with 'Micronauts: The New Voyages'. Our Heros are just standing around while others engage in a family squabble. The whole series felt like that, and this page kinda epitomizes that for me. Not a dig at the art, but the direction of the whole series. True story. I was at a Convention in Chicago a few years back having a Fan-ish conversation about the Micronauts with some other attendees. We were talking in front of a creator's booth; some guy who was literally on oxygen. I grumbled a bit about M:tNV... and I heard a voice pipe up, "I wrote the Micronauts" I glanced at his nametag in confusion, as I knew Bill Mantilo wasn't attending. Yep. Peter B. Gillis. "Oh, Yeah,.... Hi!" Oi.
