With Captain Victory, Jack Kirby started to have his own registered Copyright.
_English:_Then came the Pacific Comics, a publisher of American comic book specialist for the comics, who made a groundbreaking agreement with Kirby, publishing his series Captain Victory. Kirby remained owner of the rights to his creations and received a percentage of sales. This was a turning point, creating a precedent that helped other authors to receive similar consideration for their work in comics. The birth of Image Comics (1992) has its roots in this episode.
