DescriptionThe USS Sennet was named after a type of Barraccuda found in tropical and subtropical seas. It has large razorsharp and knife-like teeth as it is seen here attacking its prey represented by a Japanese octopus. She earned four battle stars and the Asiatic-Pacific Area Service Medal while offically sinking seven ships with a tonnage of 17,726 (unoffically it was eleven ships totaling 35,700 tons and damaging one ship of 500 tons).
