Description

It was last minute but I decided to attend the Baltimore Comic Con this year for the first time. With delays from the Baltimore Marathon, I ended up arriving to the show much later than I expected. The show was well attended so I figured most of the good stuff was already gone by time I arrived.

As I started making the rounds, I immediately spotted inker Norman Lee. I've bought a few things from Norman before and have met him in person at different shows. He's a great inker but also a nice, funny and personable guy.

Anyway, although he was busy working on commissions and had another fan browsing through his art, Norman immediately pulls out this splash out of his portfolio and says I think you might be interested in this.

I often joke about Norm holding out on me with the good stuff but at Baltimore, he came through again so a big THANK YOU to him. This was the only item I picked up at the show but I was a happy man nonetheless.

He'll be at the Boston Comic Con October 24 - 25, 2009. If you have a pencilled piece that you want inked, Norm is available for commissions.

Amongst the better Scherberger pieces that you have, and that's saying something! Clearly, you have now mastered the art of the shake down - poor Norman Lee! Congrats on an electrifying acquisition!

Dude, you are killing me with all these pieces! If you don't cut it out, I'm gonna stop looking at your gallery because it's just too much torture! Sheesh!
