An outstanding action page from one of the more memorable storylines in comics.  I was also at the same show at SDCC in 1992.  Inker Randy Emberlin cleaned out my bank account before I had a chance to see Mark Bagley.  Lol.  Congratulations on a wonderful addition to your collection.  Cheers ! N.

Just a great tribute to the late actor and cultural icon Chadwick Boseman.  I can feel the raw emotion in your words.  How much he meant to you and what he represented.  He knew taking on the role of Black Panther was more than just another movie role.  It was to show the regal side, leader of Wakanda in a technologically advanced society.  Holding Marvel accountable and not letting them white wash strong minority characters like the studio did in other movies.  On his free time, Chadwick was often shown supporting charitable causes.  Visiting sick children at pediatric hospitals.  Never letting on that he himself was diagnosed with cancer.  Time is more important than money.  The man knew he had little time left yet chose to spend his time at these hospitals.  As far as the art is concerned, I didn't even recognize it as Humberto Ramos.  The detailed but light feathery brushwork takes his art to the next level.  The fact that Humberto donated this cover for charity is fantastic.  Chadwick would have approved.  R.I.P.

The greatest MODOK cover ever !!!

Giorello's pencils on this series was just breathtaking.  How can you ink over art that looks like this?  You don't.  Lol.  

Love it.  The prelim shows a looseness of his pencils.  Bob is still one of the best in the business.

Now this is a variant cover that outshined the rest.  Jusko at his best.  I love the spectre of the Red Skull in the background.  I can see why this one was framed.

A great cover design and layout by Kubert.  With the Miki inks, it almost has a Quesada like quality to it.  

Now here's a combo you don't see often ..... Murakami over Timm.  Just fantastic.

Great cover Niko, I'm glad to see you re-posting your collection back on CAF.  Bill Cox must have threatened to release those photos of you from SDCC.  Lol.  I always thought the first cover appearance of the Winter Soldier was issue # 6 ( variant B) which Steve Epting still has in his personal collection.  Was issue # 11 published before issue # 6?

I love Bachalo and his crazy dsign of the Lizard.  This fight sequence is just fantastic.  A great addition to your collection.

Marvel Tales is often overlooked but the covers are all brand new depictions of the classic storylines.  Who doesn't love a great Spidey vs Doc Ock cover drawn by Big John himself.  Keep posting covers like this and we will have to call you Big Bill.  Lol.
