Description

I first became aware of Becky's art at the prior FallCon, when her table happened to be next to Doug Paszkiewicz's. As my wife Kristi had spent quite a bit of time with Doug, we also talked with Becky a little as well. After that con, I was disappointed with myself for not asking for a sketch from her. When I saw that she was available to do sketches at the next FallCon, I jumped at the chance. She picked XS, as she had remembered her from her guest appearances in the Impulse comic.

I've seen her at cons after that, most notably at the 2005 FallCon. I got a beautiful sketch of Shadow Lass from her husband, Matt Wendt. That year she also had donated an absolutely stunning Batgirl piece she had done to the art auction. It went for $210, and when I left the auction at 4:30, it was the piece that had brought in the most amount of money. I spoke with her after, and she was very excited.
