Did you see C. C. Beck draw this? I am married to his grandson and he doesn't feel that is his grandfathers work or signature. It looks more like a tracing of his work then his actual work. Hopefully, you didn't pay alot of money for it or the Wizard one because that is not C. C. Beck either.
