Description

Trev and I were exchanging e-mails during Halloween and the subject of horror movies came up. As it turns out, we both loved the book and movie 'The Dead Zone' and you can't mention the movie without bringing up Christopher Walken. I remember gushing about how much I love Mr. Walken's acting and how 'real' he is. Heck, I still watch Fatboy Slim's video 'Weapon of Choice' just to see Walken's swagger! Anyway, long story short, I noticed this card on Trev's site and okay, I admit that because it was Christopher Walken I was interested and wanted to get it before anyone else BUT Trev also has a unique way of capturing moods of the characters he draws, and I've become a big fan of his because of that reason.

Obviously, this piece is inspired by the movie 'The Dead Zone' but I also love the colours that Trev used to capture Johnny's intensity and even his torment of having his 'gift'. And speaking of 'gift', when I asked if it was available Trev had said that it was already spoken for. He was sending as a gift to a lady he knew in Pennsylvania.... me! And here it is. :)
