That's BerniE Wrightson, thankyouverymuch, here inked by former studio-mate Michael Kaluta. Along with Marvel's "Heroes for Hope", DC's "Heroes Against Hunger" really set the bar pretty high in terms of ambitious jam projects, these two aimed at relieving hunger in Africa. These pages even have the distinction of being scripted by the legendary Robert Bloch.

One oddity: Page 18 correctly reads "Wrightson Kaluta" written in blue in the lower right corner, however page 19 says "Wrightson Leialoha".

I caught Steve Leialoha at WonderCon and asked him about it. He too was at a loss.

I bought page 19 from Saul Zimmerman over five years back, with page 18 coming from Mike Burkey about a year ago. I was thrilled to have the opportunity to reunite the two.

Holy moley! SIGNED, to boot! What a wonderful piece of comic art and pop culture history. Brings back good memories when I found out how many greats contributed to both issues...A lot like a Dean Martin roast, only without the jokes. Thanks and congrats!
