DescriptionSupes swopes to save "Rose & Thorn"! Immonen's work has been beautiful for ten years plus.. and he's another one of the few professionals who's work gets better over time! I've always enjoyed his "high-contrast" approach and effective storytelling.He and Doug Mahnke are so head & shoulders above so many of these "Manga" influenced artists that..truth be told..are'nt very good.It brings some comfort ..that draftsmanship is still alive.. yet it's a shame "Wizard" magazine and others do'nt give these fine artists their due, but instead reward guys that draw characters [women] in swimsuits with badly drawn feet!Sorry about the rant..I'd just like to see hard work & love of craft rewarded..but it is a real nice page..and "Rose & Thorn" are always cool .
