DescriptionRemember well getting the comic from a good "friend" as a small child in 1981. Reason I have friend in quotes is he got me for 60˘ [big money to me then] claiming how significant the character was, when at the time unknown to me, the book was cancelled mid 1978. Anyhow in the unlikely event he ever happens to ever read this, I offer heartfelt my thanks to Paul N my old grade school friend as he introduced me to one of my favorite comic boot heroes.Also I want to thank Joe Giella who presented this page to me 20 years ago as thanks for a favor Fun Fact: In the premiere issue Steel only appeared in costume on 8 pages + the cover.
