Description

I have been a fan of Mr Renaud's work for a little time, and always very impressed by the cleanliness and precision of his lines and curves, and was trying to reach him to see if he had any artbook that could be purchased in the USA. He was kind to point me to "The Art of Comics", and through our email exchange, he noted that one future artbook (covering all his Dynamite Covers -- Red Sonja, Warlord of Mars, ...) was to be released in September. I was able to insure a copy would be saved for me at NYCC by chatting with US based art-rep ...

Comes NYCC, I stop by, have a chance to chat with him and get a chance to be add myself to his at convention commission list and to ask him for a "Pelisse and Fourreux" from a French Comic titled "La Quete de L'Oiseau du Temps" (known in the USA as "Roxana and the Quest for the Time Bird") which as it happens seems to be amongst his favorites too :)

The result and Paul's interpretation is to say the very least stunning and I am still so incredibly impressed by its quality and the cleanliness of the lines that I want to say once again: "Mille Mercis Paul" -- Martial
