So I just realized that while this is my most re-visited piece on all of CAF, I've yet to comment. This is indeed a special kind of Treasure. It is a crossroads of comics history, captured in a single image. Yes it's Kirby. Yes its the two big teams. And Yes it's a Silver Age splash. And yet it is much more. This gem, -- so wonderfully embellisehed by Stone -- is literaly Marvel gospel. I adore it.
