Description

Approx 12 x 18" art area. Re-created by Angel Gabriele Based on the classic Kirby-Ayers X-men cover, it's 100 % original re-creation, no paste ups. Cover copy is drawn onto art. This re-creation is inked with superior linework. The digital image does NOT do this original justice. Illustration is suitable for framing! ( photo is shot at slight up angle to avoid glare.)
To avoid questionable sales by less than reputable dealers, all Angel's recreation work states in archival ink, on the back, that they are a recreation by Angel. These originals are done as inking sample and from Angel's portfolio, which he does as practice and to constantly test his skills. They are offered here, Comicart fans , at a "Direct Sale NO EBAY" discount, as Angel is trying to raise cash for unexpected costs, and he has had to limit his commission output greatly due to recent health issues and to maintain the cost of burial insurance for his mother & sister (whom he recently placed in long term care for dementia of 18 months of giving them care without help from family, and thus lost Government funds, which made the insurance payments on the burial policies.). He is selling assorted pieces from his private collection, such as these, ,in an effort to raise much needed funds.Your purchase helps a bunch.
