Gentleman Jim Mooney started drawing back in the 1940s and worked at all the major publishers, Fiction House, Timely, Fox Features, Ace Comics, Quality Comics and also enjoyed a stint with the Eisner-Iger shop, a stint that saw him working with Will Eisner himself. Along the way he's touched virtually every major comic book icon: Batman, Superman, Spider-Man, Captain America, the Fantastic Four, the Incredible Hulk - you name it, Jim has more than likely drawn it. He's also fondly remembered for drawing Ghost Rider and other Marvel horror titles of the 1970s and enjoyed one of the best runs known on the fledgling Supergirl title in the 1960s. Once DC Comics dispensed with his services after 22 years in 1968, Jim found a home at Marvel where he stayed for another twenty odd years ......
